Why we started Contractor Revenue Architects

We started Contractor Revenue Architects after years of watching skilled contractors fail for reasons unrelated to their craft. Talented roofers, HVAC technicians, landscapers, and general contractors often lost their businesses because they lacked the systems, structure, or support needed to operate a real company. We consistently observed a pattern: great tradespeople with inadequate infrastructure.

This included a lack of CRM, missed follow-ups, unanswered calls, no administrative support, poor financial visibility, compliance issues, and unstable pipelines. It was never a skill problem, but always a systems problem, and no one was truly solving it.
